The Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah, said that transferring the headquarters of the Public Authority for Youth to Building No. 1 in the Shuwaikh Complex affiliated with the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training within the next few months aims to rationalize spending and is in line with the government policy in this regard.
Minister Al-Huwailah added in a press statement today, Tuesday, that the move from the current location of the authority - which is rented from a private party - also aims to invest buildings affiliated with government agencies for the benefit of other parties, which embodies the government integration and coordination seeking to serve employees of government agencies and improve the work environment.
She praised the distinguished cooperation shown by the Minister of Education and Higher Education, Dr. Adel Al-Adwani, and the Director General of the Applied Authority, Dr. Hassan Al-Fajjam, to complete this agreement, which will have positive effects on the job stability of employees of the Youth Authority.
She stated that she had directed the officials of the Youth Authority to exert all their efforts to ensure the smooth and smooth running of this transition in a way that does not hinder the work of the Authority and achieves job satisfaction. She pointed out that the Authority continues to provide its services to youth and children in its youth centers without being affected by this transition, which only concerns the main building.
