"الخدمة المدنية": إثبات البصمة المرنة للتواجد أثناء الدوام الرسمي اعتباراً من الأحد المقبل

The head of the Bureau, Dr. Essam Al-Rubaian, said in a press statement on the Bureau's official account on the social networking site (X) that government agencies that apply systems that use smartphone applications to prove attendance and departure should activate the system to include flexible fingerprint for proof of presence during official working hours, with the activation of the face print feature and completion of technical procedures in the integrated systems of the civil service.

Dr. Al-Rubaian added that government agencies that are still using automatic fingerprint devices should start adding flexible fingerprint for presence during official working hours to the current fingerprint systems, with the activation of the face print feature, and speeding up the introduction of smartphone applications for flexible fingerprint for presence during official working hours.

He explained that the attached table should be published with this circular, which shows examples of the timing of the fingerprint to prove presence during official working hours according to the time of fingerprint attendance, with it being fixed near the fingerprint device and ensuring the ease and convenience of proving presence during official working hours for each employee and providing sufficient devices at fingerprint proof points.

He stated that government agencies that have work centers, work systems or jobs that are difficult for their occupants or workers in these centers or work systems to access the fingerprint proof site during official working hours should use smartphone applications to prove attendance and departure and activate the system to include the flexible fingerprint to be present during official working hours with the activation of the face print feature and completion of technical procedures in the integrated systems of the civil service.

He pointed out that government agencies that have employees occupying jobs of a special nature, whether inside or outside the work center, should communicate with the Bureau to set times that suit the nature of their work to prove the visual fingerprint to be present during official working hours with the activation of the face print feature in a way that does not compromise the continuity of work and the provision of services, and it also takes into account the difficulty of individuals reaching the regular fingerprint site during the specified time.
