8 people of Asian nationality were arrested for stealing and storing construction materials
The General Administration of Security Relations and Media stated that it is within the framework of the efforts of the criminal security sector to confront all forms of crime and intensify the continuous security presence to arrest outlaws.
The administration explains that, through intensifying search and investigation operations, men from the General Department of Criminal Investigation (Financial, Administrative Services and Maintenance Department) received information indicating that a number of people of Asian nationality were dealing with people who were stealing building materials and equipment from homes under construction and storing them in a private place.
After obtaining the necessary legal permission, 8 people of Asian nationality were arrested while they were unloading and loading stolen construction materials. Their storage location was also found, and it was found that there was a large quantity of stolen construction materials, various copper parts, and electrical tools. They and the seized items are being referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary action against them.
