“Education”: 5 Kuwaiti students participate in the International Physics Olympiad competition in Iran

The Ministry of Education announced the participation of five Kuwaiti students in the International Physics Olympiad competition held in the Iranian city of Isfahan, with the support of the Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Giftedness and Creativity and the supervision of the Ministry’s General Technical Guidance for Sciences.

The Ministry of Education said in a press statement on Tuesday that its participation in the Olympics comes in light of its keenness to hone the talents of distinguished students and encourage them to participate in local, regional and international competitions and within the framework of the Ministry’s objectives that would raise the name of the State of Kuwait in international forums by achieving medals in these competitions. .


She added that five students are participating: Ahmed Badr from Duaij Al-Salman Al-Sabah High School, Hussein Al-Awadhi from Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah High School, student Salem Al-Ajmi from Talha Bin Obaidullah High School, student Salman Muhammad from Salah Al-Din High School, and student Jassim Muhammad from Al-Shujaa Bin Al-Aslam High School.


She stated that the students are accompanied and supervised in the competition held from July 20 to July 30 by the technical mentors of science, Anoud Al-Kandari and Fatima Ashkanani.
