The General Department of Security Relations and Media at the Ministry said in a statement that the gang registered and brought hundreds of workers to the country in exchange for sums of money with the intention of illegal profit, as prices ranged from 500 dinars for internal transfer and 2,000 dinars for bringing in one worker from outside the country.
It explained that the residence affairs detectives were on the lookout for them and were able to arrest all those involved in this matter or provided any facilities to them, whether their sponsors, citizens or others, indicating that all necessary legal measures were taken against them and they were referred to the competent authority.
