“Interior Ministry”: arresting those who assaulted a minor in preparation for referring them to the competent authority

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior said that the security services represented by the Criminal Security Sector (General Directorate of Criminal Investigation) were able to identify a group of people who appeared in a video clip circulating on social media beating a minor. It explained that they were arrested to identify the circumstances of the incident in preparation for it. To refer them to the competent authority to take the necessary legal measures against them, according to a statement issued by the General Administration of Security Relations and Media.
