The Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Tokyo called on Kuwaiti citizens in Japan to take the utmost caution and care due to the warning issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency regarding the approach of a strong typhoon.
The embassy, in a statement received by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today, Thursday, urged citizens to adhere to the instructions of the competent Japanese authorities as Typhoon No. 7 approaches Japanese territory, which is expected to hit northern and eastern Japan with great severity between August 16 and 17.
The embassy also called on citizens to contact it in case of any emergency on the following two numbers: Embassy emergency number 00819088849650 Ministry emergency number 00965159.
