"السكنية": أكثر من 90 % من معاملات المؤسسة تتم عبر النظم الآلية

This came in a press statement by the Deputy Director General for Public Relations and Development Affairs and the Corporation’s official spokesman, Omar Al-Ruwaih, on Monday, on the occasion of the Corporation’s launch of a special campaign to introduce citizens to its electronic services in a number of commercial complexes, which will continue until July 25 of this year.

Al-Ruwaih added that based on the directives of the Council of Ministers regarding facilitation for citizens, more electronic services are scheduled to be launched through the unified government application (Sahl) and the residential website.

He pointed out that the Corporation seeks, through these participations, to present the services it provides through the Citizen Service Department and through the (Sahl) application, in addition to educating and guiding citizens on how to conduct their transactions, tracking their implementation through the Corporation’s electronic services, and finding solutions to any technical or technical problem they may face when submitting their transactions.

He stressed the Foundation's keenness to facilitate residential care procedures and services for citizens and increase the volume of electronic services provided within the development of digital transformation in which various sectors have achieved significant progress over the past period.
