His Highness the Deputy Emir and Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God protect him, received at Bayan Palace this morning His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, where he presented to His Highness, may God protect him, Dr. Adel Ali Ibrahim Al-Manea, Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Fahd Abdulaziz Hassan Al-Jarallah, Minister. Finance Ministry, where they took the constitutional oath before His Highness on the occasion of their appointment to their new positions.
