The Egyptian Paralympic Committee is holding a press conference this evening, Saturday, in one of Cairo's hotels, to announce the full details of the Egyptian delegation's travel to participate in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
The conference will be attended by Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Hossam El-Din Mustafa, Chairman of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee, and members of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Hossam El-Din Mustafa will talk about the details of the delegation's travel to participate in the Paris Paralympics, and Emad Ramadan, Director of the Mission, will also talk about the details of accommodation and administrative matters.
The Egyptian Paralympic Committee is preparing to participate in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, which will be hosted by the French capital from August 28 to September 8 of this year.
Egypt is participating in the Paralympic Games with 54 male and female players representing 10 Paralympic sports: Weightlifting - Athletics - Sitting Volleyball - Goalball - Swimming - Table Tennis - Parataekwondo - Boccia - Rowing - Kayaking. It is worth noting that Egypt has won 184 medals during its previous participations in the Paralympic Games, including 49 gold, 68 silver and 67 bronze.
