The Kuwaiti parkour gymnastics team is participating in the first Arab championship for the game, whose competitions began in the Jordanian capital, Amman, today and will continue until next Sunday.
The parkour team delegation left today for Amman. The delegation is headed by the Treasurer of the Kuwaiti and Arab Gymnastics Federations, Nasser Al-Helfi, and includes coach Suleiman Abdul-Rida, referee Muhammad Al-Attar, and players Ali Al-Shatti and Khalifa Al-Asfar.
On the other hand, the Gymnastics Federation extended its sincere thanks to the General Sports Authority, headed by the Acting Director General, Bashar Abdullah, for supporting the federation and approving the participation of the parkour team in the first official Arab championship for the game, wishing the players success in achieving an Arab achievement in this modern game that will be part of the Olympic Games. In "Los Angeles 2028".
Parkour is one of the games supervised by the Gymnastics Federation, along with artistic gymnastics for men and women and rhythmic gymnastics for girls. The Federation is looking forward to building a strong base in the game of parkour and promoting it to be among the distinguished sports in Kuwait in light of the great demand for its practice.
