Abdullah Al-Yanbaawi - Jeddah:-
A night of beautiful times that the Jeddah audience lived, as part of the Jeddah Calendar concerts at the Benchmark Theater. It began with the artist Mohamed Tharwat, who began his singing performance with one of his masterpieces, “Who Doesn’t Love Fatima?” Then he welcomed the Jeddah audience and expressed his gratitude for this generous invitation from the General Entertainment Authority. In which he thanked His Excellency Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh. Then the artist Mohamed Tharwat continued his singing connection with a number of songs for a number of artists of the beautiful era, including, “We are beautiful from our day, by God,” and “I am always with you,” and then he was surprised by the entry of his son Ahmed Tharwat on the stage singing “The Voice of the Ring of the Key,” with a background that tells a story. A treatment that the artist Mohamed Tharwat experienced with his son. For his part, Ahmed Tharwat thanked His Excellency Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh for giving him the opportunity to honor his father on stage, and he sang with his father, the artist Mohamed Tharwat, the wonderful artist Sherine Abdel Wahab, “This is My Heart,” and the artist Mohamed Tharwat also sang the masterpieces of the late Abdel Halim. The distinguished artist Afaf Radhi then took to the stage, singing the song “Hawa Yahwa”, welcoming the Jeddah audience and expressing her happiness at this concert. The artist Afaf Radhi continued her lyrical connection with a number of her songs, “Raddo al-Salam”, “Habibi Hayati”, “Away, Love”, and then her daughter took to the stage. Mai Kamal participated in singing the song “Shams Al-Shamousa”, then the segment concluded with a special tribute to the distinguished artist Afaf Radi.
The last performance was by the artist Mayada Al-Hinnawi, who was received by the Saudi audience with longing and love. She began her performance with the song “Haya Al-Layali”, and sang her masterpiece “Once upon a time” and “I adore you”, which she returned at the request of the audience. The artist Mayada Al-Hinnawi was honored at the Punch Mark Theater by the Authority. General Entertainment, for her part, Mayada thanked the Jeddah audience and His Excellency Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh for inviting her to participate in Saudi concerts, and said, “I had hoped for this concert to happen for more than 30 years.”
